Vestra Workspace were engaged by Uniland, a real estate startup with a very strict budget, to design and fit out their new office at 10 Bridge St, Epping.

MKS provides physical and financial trading services to a global client base operating in all major bullion markets.
Vestra workspace got to know the MKS team while they were deciding on the stay v go scenario of their office space. Advising MKS of typical costs for refurbishment and new fitout Vestra was able to guide MKS through the selection process of shortlisted properties and costs for various designs.
With MKS this was a chance to create a great space for the whole team and also incorporate a custom-built trading desk incorporating four to six monitors per workstation.
With final selection on Macquarie St, Vestra designers created the space to gain the best flow to the Botanical Gardens outlook.
Vestra team work well together and really have an eye for detail. We went to five design and fitout companies and through the whole process Vestra was open and we felt they were the best company understanding our needs and offering the best value for money on our new workspace. We would give Vestra a 5 star recommendation to anyone needing a new workspace fitout.
