Vestra Workspace were engaged by Uniland, a real estate startup with a very strict budget, to design and fit out their new office at 10 Bridge St, Epping.

With an option to stay and refurbish or relocate, Vestra worked with the Simcorp team and gained an understanding of their current and future needs.
With deign options submitted for the current and future space, this enabled Simcorp to make the decision to relocate to new premises. Vestra then worked with Simcorp to create a detailed bespoke fitout for the Simcorp needs.
It was a pleasure to work with Vestra, they were not pushy but patiently worked with our needs, understanding our timing and were available to meet and talk over changes whenever needed. The workspace far exceeds what we expected and is a high end fitout that is the envy of Simcorp offices globally!
